The Garmin HRM 200 is a precision chest‑strap heart rate monitor designed to capture real‑time heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV) data for fitness, recovery, and performance tracking. Compatible with Garmin smartwatches, cycling computers, and third‑party apps via ANT+ and Bluetooth LE, it delivers secure or open connectivity modes to suit various devices.

The lightweight module snaps into a comfortable, machine‑washable strap available in two sizes: XS–S (chest 60–85 cm) and M–XL (chest 80–119 cm).
